Cooking Classes Italian Cooking School
Our specialty: the original Bolognese Sauce (Ragù alla Bolognese)
We offer classes ranging from half a day to three days.
The lessons are friendly and rich of warmth. They are not demos: we aim to let you be able to make sfoglia and hand made pasta in your home as we traditionally do in Bologna by centuries. Each participant will prepare his own pasta according to the historical Bologna Cookery tradition.
Moreover, in the Food Market Lesson Class all of us – we and you – will purchase food and products needed for the subsequent Class.. and not only for it!
On request we can add or change the Class Recipes with other typical recipes (e.g. gnocchi di patate, risotti, spaghetti e maccheroni, fried zucchini blossoms), and even recipes based on fish, porcini mushrooms or truffle.
We can also rearrange Class recipes to take care of food intolerances.
Special Classes are totally based on fish, porcini mushrooms or white/black truffle.
Special prices for non-cooking partecipants.
Our Courses are highly tailored: therefore our typical Class is attended by 2-6 people groups, but we can organize also one-on-one course. For groups ranging from 7 to 15 people we have special programs.
Classes will be held in Italian, English or Français.
